We're always looking for old mixtapes. We don't care if they were made by a big-name dj or not. In fact, it'd be nice to hear what kids were doing in their bedroom studios back in the 90s. We're also interested in dj equipment modifications if you've come up with something tight.

Wis

I recently visited my folks in Wisconsin
and I just have to say that Madison is coming

up kind of weak these days. For example, I saw
some store on State Street that is built
around t-shirts that read "SCONNIE"- ripping off
the original "WISCONSIN" t-shirts. How are
you gonna reference the Wis without using
a "W" word? Nah, not me. Other examples of
weakness: condo proliferation, the complete
saturation of that "Frank Lloyd Wright" look,
and an apparent desire for utter sterility
(oh, and a friend of mine is now driving a new
Suburban).

Still, the Wis is my home state, and I have
unending love. Shout to J. Rockwell for the
raw, heavy duty Wis stickers (seen above,
although the stickers are better because they
don't say "THE WIS" on them).
Columbus
is the new hot shit.

Witty Bass Masters

I can't seem to find my tape, but the artwork and
commentary on "Return Of The Bass That Ate Miami"
is worth a post.
